The Landing At Newport is a AAA three diamond rated resort style condominium hotel located at the end of the historic Newport Bayfront. All units excluding our studios offer fully equipped kitchens 1 1/2 baths living room fireplace washer dryers and a private balcony which overlooks the marina Yaquina Bay and Bridge.

Our pet friendly units are limited and in high demand.  Guests must call ahead for reservations.  Pets must be registered at the front desk.   No more than 2 non exotic pets allowed.  A refundable $75.00 pet deposit is required so long as pets do no damage.  A non refundable first night fee of $25.00 and $10.00 every night after is also required.  Pets may not be left unattended for extended periods.  All pets must be leashed at all times when not in the unit.
