The cottage has wider doorways and a huge shower which allow for those with 
special needs. Brand new appliances, bamboo flooring, private location, and nature 
galore.

Only a mile to the beach and two miles to Bald Point State Park. Excellent sunsets over 
the 125' of harbor front, and wonderful breezes from the southwest. Watch porpoises 
play from the huge, shaded screened-in porch. Very quiet location.

The cottage sits low to the ground, so you don't have to climb two flights of stairs 
each time you wish to enter or leave. Bring your kayak, canoe, boat and/or fishing 
pole. Public boat launch is one block away.
