La Quinta allows pets in rooms designated by the individual hotel manager. While we do allow pets the size number and breed of pets can be restricted at the discretion of management or as a result of local legislation requirements. Pets must be managed at all times. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet in the guestroom and in the common areas of the hotel. At no time is the pet to be allowed outside of the guestroom without being accompanied by the owner and must be on a leash. Pets are not allowed in the fitness room the pool area or any area of the hotel where food and beverage is served. The pet must be confined during periods when La Quinta employees are scheduled to visit the room for cleaning or maintenance if the pet owner is not present. Pets that create a disturbance for other guests may be subject to removal from the hotel. If your pet is unattended and creating a disturbance we will make every attempt to contact you at the phone number(s) you provide below before taking such action. You are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from your pet. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel its owners and operators from all liability and damage suffered as a result of your pet.
