Our Inn has 14 foot ceilings, original hardwood floors, light fixtures, stained glass and fireplaces, Dining room walls are lined with French Toile coverings and prints of 18th century French Impressionists. Two sweeping staircases lead to the second and third floor guestrooms, each uniquely decorated in eclectic or period furnishings with fine linens and down comforters. Louisville is the home of the Kentucky Derby, which is run at Churchill Downs Race Track each year on the first Saturday in May. Pet Policies: We welcome all breeds and sizes of dogs and cats. Pets must be recently bathed, friendly, and quiet. We prefer that you bring a portable kennel, if you plan on leaving your dog alone in the room. If pets disturb other guests, with excessive barking or aggressiveness, they will be asked to leave. We love pets and provide a backyard, outside water bowl, bags to pick up after your dog, and treats. If your pet likes lying on the bed or furniture, please bring a quilt or blanket for him or her to lie on. Pet fees: $40.00 for one pet/$50.00 for two pets/$70.00 for three or more (call ahead for approval). |
